There is nothing better than salted caramels.  My first sample came from Fran’s Chocolates, where I tried her grey and smoked salt caramels .  Then I was in Asheville earlier this year and went to the French Broad Chocolate Lounge, where their dark chocolate salted caramels are luscious, a taste revelation.
